What it is.
The Home Diagnosis is an online questionnaire by Home Wellness Organisers (ABN 93 788 135 233). It gives you a personalised report about how your home may be affecting your energy and wellbeing, based on our Wellness Integration Method™ and Home Mirror framework.
What you are buying.
The questionnaire and your mini report are free. The Full Report is a paid, one-off digital product. You see it on screen as soon as you complete the final questions, and we also email you a copy and a separate Quick Guide. If you can't find the emails, check your spam or promotions folder.
How AI is used.
Your answers are sent to an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic's Claude API) to help write your report. AI can make mistakes or produce general suggestions that don't fit your situation, so please read your report as a starting point for reflection, not a professional assessment. No decision about you, such as pricing, eligibility or access to our services, is made by AI.
Not professional advice.
The report is general and educational. It is not medical, psychological, counselling or safety advice and does not diagnose any condition. If anything in your answers or report relates to your mental or physical health, please speak with your GP or a qualified professional. If you need support now, contact a local crisis line (in Australia, Lifeline on 13 11 14) or your local emergency number (000 in Australia).
What to share.
Please don't include other people's names, health details or anything you'd prefer to keep private in free-text answers. Only share what you're comfortable with.
Your information.
We store your answers and report in our Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Drive), and email your report through our email provider (Resend). These providers are located in the United States. We use your information to send your report, follow up about our services and, if you opt in, send our newsletter. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time by emailing info@homewellnessorganisers.com.au. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Who can use it.
The Home Diagnosis is for adults (18+)
Using it from outside Australia.
You can use the Home Diagnosis from anywhere. Home Wellness Organisers is based in Australia, so your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and under Australian law. Our in-home services are currently available in Brisbane only.
Payments.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your card details. HWO is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Promotional codes may have an end date and can't be combined unless we say so.
Refunds.
Your Full Report is personalised to you and delivered the moment you finish, so we don't give refunds for a change of mind. If a technical fault stops you getting the report you paid for, we will fix it or refund you. This includes being charged without receiving your report, a report that is broken, incomplete or not in the language you chose, and being charged more than once for the same purchase. Email info@homewellnessorganisers.com.au within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used and a short description of the problem (screenshots help). We aim to reply within 3 business days. We try to fix the problem first, usually by generating your report again. If we can't, we refund you in full to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Ownership.
The questions, report structure and method belong to Home Wellness Organisers. Your report is for your personal use.
Liability.
The tool is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the report. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
